Cathode materials account for more than 40% of the total cost of polymer lithium ion batteries, and the performance of the cathode material directly affects the performance indicators of polymer lithium ion batteries, so from the four main materials, lithium battery cathode materials It occupies a core position in polymer lithium-ion batteries.

 

 

Among the cathode materials, the most commonly used materials are lithium cobaltate, lithium manganate,polymer lithium-ion batteries lithium iron phosphate and ternary materials (a polymer of nickel, cobalt and manganese). As one of the four major components of polymer lithium-ion batteries, anode materials play an important role in improving battery capacity and cycle performance, and are at the core of the polymer lithium-ion battery industry.

Among the electrolyte materials, the main components of the electrolyte are ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, diethyl carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, ethyl methyl carbonate, lithium hexafluorophosphate, phosphorus pentafluoride, and hydrofluoric acid. Electrolyte is the medium used by chemical batteries, electrolytic capacitors, etc. (with certain corrosiveness), which provides ions for their normal work and ensures that the chemical reaction that occurs during work is reversible.

 

 

In addition, more auxiliary materials, such as copper foil and aluminum foil, are needed in polymer lithium-ion batteries  the production process of lithium batteries. Shell (aluminum shell, steel shell, etc.), cover plate, protective plate, sticker packaging, etc. Some batteries also need to use aluminum plastic film and so on.
